You only need 4 steps to become a member of the family NOOTROPIA ART PRODUCTION.
It's easy, fast, safe and with no cost.

First step, the Registration Process.

1. SELECT ACCOUNT TYPE
Here you have to choose the category you belong in. If you’re an artist and have to upload your material, click on the first box, “New Artists.” If you’re just a visitor, click on the second box “Classic Users.” If you’re a professional or business man, and your job has to do with the world of Fine Arts, Music and Entertainment Industries, or if you want to book some artists, or maybe input an event of your company, click on the third box “Event Posters.”

2. “NEW ARTISTS” Second step: PERSONAL INFORMATION
After you have chosen the category you belong in, the first box “New Artists,” you must fill out a form with your personal information. The information that you give must be true and not false. It’s one of the most important factors of your registration, and that’s why it must be true in case we need to contact you and also to send you newsletters, or personal checks for any material you have chosen to sell on that side. All of your personal information is confidential, and that is why they won’t be published and won’t appear on your Profile. Also, before you agree and continue to the next page, read carefully the N.A.P. ART SUBMISSION AGREEMENT and the N.A.P. TERMS & CONDITIONS.

3. “NEW ARTISTS” Third step: YOUR PREFERENCES
After you fill out the Registration form, continue to this form, in which you’re given 6 choices, from which you can choose which ever one you want, from one to six, or all, or none, depends on what you want. This information doesn’t appear on your profile, but are used for the N.A.P. for the fastest, safest and sure service for you. After that, you see the second page YOUR PREFERENCES with the title: INDICATE HOW WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR MATERIAL TO BE HANDLED BY N.A.P., here you’re given the privilege to choose one from three prices, in which your material will be sold in the pages of your profile. Which ever price you choose, you must know how much you earn is 22% of the sales price. In order to continue, you must choose, either to sell your material or not. Under that choice, there’s another one, with the title DO YOU HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A RECORD COMPANY? Here you only have to choose one from two answers, and your answer must be true and not false. If you choose I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT, then it goes in the next page automatically. If you choose I HAVE A CONTRACT, it shows you the page in which you must pay the annual pay of $30 US. It’s an important procedure in which you have the responsibility in every problem that occurs with the specific disc label/productions or any other label that has all the rights of that material in your profile.

4. “NEW ARTISTS” Forth step: YOUR MATERIAL-MY PROFILE  (a) (General info)
After you have successfully filled out the Applications in the 3rd step MY PREFERENCES, you go in the page where you start the creation of your profile. The first page you’re asked to fill out is the BELOW YOU CAN UPDATE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF. You have 5 choices, in which you must give an ok in each one. The fourth question, DO YOU HAVE ANY ORIGINAL MUSIC? You can choose between yes or no. If your answer is yes then that means you’re the official owner and manager and have every right of that artwork, and anyone else who uses without your license, or without your explicit consent in writing will have to deal with the law for the violation. If you answer No, that means that you upload, one or more materials of another artist or artists in your own way. In this case N.A.P. is not responsible for any member ,who uses or uploads any material without the consent of the owners and managers of those materials. N.A.P. member information is confidential and in no way distributed or given to any third parties without the explicit written consent of the member.

5. “NEW ARTISTS” Fifth Step: YOUR MATERIAL-MY PROFILE (b)  (Manage CD’s)
After you fill out the page of YOUR MATERIAL (a) General info, you are sent to a page where you ADD NEW CD. You choose ADD and a second pages pops up and you’re given the possibility to give your basic info of your CD, and while you ADD, the page that pops up, you upload all your material of the exact CD with titles etc. You can upload as many artworks and materials as you want. When you want to upload other CD’s, after you’re done with the first one, go back to PLEASE ENTER INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CD UPLOAD and continue with the same procedure.

6. “NEW ARTISTS” Sixth Step: YOUR MATERIAL-MY PROFILE (c) Update News
After you have successfully finished with YOUR MATERIAL page (b) you come to the page manage CD’s where you’re given the possibility to write any news you have, or update anything you want.

7. “NEW ARTISTS” Seventh Step: YOUR MATERIAL-MY PROFILE (d) Biography
After you finished YOUR MATERIAL (c) Update News, you come in the page where you write your biography. Here you finish YOUR MATERIALS page. Click where it says My Photos and submit your photos. You can easily, without cost, upload up to 6 photos, in Acceptable files format, which is JPG/JPEG/GIF/BMP or PNG.
